  • Delivery time : Once preparation is complete, the products are shipped via local postal services in the countries of origin. Estimated delivery times are 3 to 5 business days, depending on the destination.

5. Types of Packaging and Weights

Our products are carefully packaged to ensure their protection during transport:

  • Small Products (15-50 ml) : Serums, creams and oils, packaged in airless or dropper glass bottles. Total weight (product + packaging): 80 g to 150 g.

  • Medium Products (100-200 ml) : Toners, cleansers and lotions, presented in medium-sized bottles or vials. Total weight: 200 g to 300 g.

  • Large Products (400-500 ml) : Body and hair care products, such as shampoos, conditioners, and body lotions. Total weight: 500 g to 700 g.

6. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you, including a tracking number allowing you to follow the progress of your package in real time.

7. Responsibility and Delivery Problems

In accordance with current legislation, we are responsible for the proper execution of delivery until the consumer receives the product. In the event of delay, loss, or damage during transport, we invite you to contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We are committed to resolving any issues as quickly as possible.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with legal provisions, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
